Certain features (order history, saved addresses) require logging in via a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number secure and for all activity under your account.

All products are die-cast scale model replicas intended for display and collection, not for use as children's toys unless explicitly stated. We make every effort to display accurate images, descriptions and pricing; minor variation in colour or finish may occur between manufacturing batches. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

Brand names and vehicle designs referenced on this website — including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, BMW, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin — are trademarks of their respective owners. Where a product is described as "officially licensed", this refers to the manufacturing license held by the product's manufacturer, and not to RACORA as the trademark owner. RACORA acts as an authorised retailer of these licensed products. Use of these names on this website is for product identification only and does not imply endorsement by the respective automobile manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking (processed securely through Razorpay), and Cash on Delivery where available. RACORA does not store your card or banking details — these are processed directly by our payment gateway partner.

All website content — text, graphics, logos, photographs and software — is the property of RACORA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RACORA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
