Changed your mind before your order ships? Here's how cancellations work.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Any payment made will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — no refund is needed since no advance payment was made. Repeated refusal of dispatched COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders for your account.
